These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in any online programs, courses, consultations, or services offered by Fox Ikigai Academy (“we”, “us”, “our”). By enrolling in a program or using our website, you (“Participant”) agree to the following:

1. Program Description

Fox Ikigai Academy provides educational programs on Ayurveda, conscious conception, holistic women’s health, fertility preparation, mindfulness, nutrition, and related wellness topics. Programs include:

• Ayurvedic Conscious Conception Program
• Ayurvedic Journey of Conscious Pregnancy (upcoming)
• Online courses, webinars, consultations, downloadable materials

Programs are educational only and do not substitute medical care.

2. Program Format & Delivery

Depending on the chosen option (Self-paced or Guided Support), a program may include:

• Pre-recorded video lessons
• PDF and written materials
• Bi-weekly live webinars
• Q&A sessions
• Homework feedback
• Private chat support (Guided option)

Live calls are recorded and made available unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to update or modify course content at any time.

3. Access Period

Access begins immediately upon enrollment unless otherwise specified.

• Self-paced: 3–6 months or lifetime (as indicated at purchase)
• Guided Support: 6–12 months
• Replay access included

Extensions are not guaranteed.

4. Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods:

• Stripe
• PayPal

Conditions:

• Payment confirms enrollment
• VAT applicability depends on jurisdiction
• No refunds under any circumstances
• Late payments exceeding 7 days result in permanent access removal
• If payment plans are offered and installments fail, all access is revoked until payments are restored

Promotional discounts may be offered occasionally and do not apply retroactively.

5. Participant Responsibilities

Participants must:

• Behave respectfully toward staff and other participants
• Avoid harassment, abusive language, discrimination, or harmful behavior
• Refrain from sharing login details
• Not resell, reproduce, or distribute course content
• Not use program materials for coaching clients or commercial purposes
• Understand that attendance at live calls is recommended but optional
• Submit homework only if receiving personal feedback

Violation of these rules may result in immediate removal without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, including:

• Videos
• PDFs
• Webinars
• Written content
• Course structure and methodology
• Branding and design

are the exclusive property of Fox Ikigai Academy, protected by Swiss copyright law.

Participants receive personal-use-only rights.

You may NOT:

• Copy
• Distribute
• Resell
• Teach
• Frame as your own knowledge
• Reproduce any parts of the program

7. Provider Rights

Fox Ikigai Academy reserves the right to:

• Remove participants for misconduct
• Adjust live call schedules
• Modify or improve course content
• Terminate access if rules are violated
• Decline future program participation to individuals who breached terms

No refunds apply under any circumstances.

8. Termination

Access may be terminated if:

• Payment fails
• Participant violates intellectual property/copyright
• Staff or students are mistreated
• Misconduct or inappropriate behavior occurs

Participants may leave anytime but no refunds are provided.

9. Medical Disclaimer

Our programs are educational and do not replace:

• Medical advice
• Diagnosis or treatment
• Fertility counseling
• Mental health care

You agree to consult your doctor before implementing any recommendations.

10. Limitation of Liability

Fox Ikigai Academy is not liable for:

• Health decisions made based on the program
• Outcomes related to fertility or conception
• Technological issues outside our control
• Loss of data or access due to participant negligence
• Third-party platform failures

Maximum liability shall not exceed the price paid for the program.

11. Marketing Communications

By enrolling, you agree to receive:

• Course updates
• Service notifications
• Marketing emails

You may unsubscribe at any time.

Anonymous testimonials or feedback may be used for marketing unless you request otherwise.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by:

Swiss law, Canton of Zürich.

13. Acceptance

By enrolling in the program or accessing any materials, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
